  1. instruct to download irrlicht-bin and put it somewhere easy to ref
  2. this is a good cmake build config: cmake -DIRRLICHT_INC_DIR=../irrlicht-bin/inc -DIRRLICHT_LIB_DIR=../irrlicht-bin/lib -DCAUDIO_DEPENDENCIES_DIR="ext/caudio/Dependencies64" -B b2 -G "NMake Makefiles"
