[bofm] Use BOFM protocol version 2 if available

The original EFI BOFM protocol has a design flaw that limits the size
of the table to 1kB, since the table is embedded within the
IBM_BOFM_DRIVER_CONFIGURATION_PROTOCOL structure. Version 2 of the
protocol works around this problem.
